If there is an issue with the service or outcome, we will work with you to provide refinements or a follow-up session of equal or lesser value, if deemed necessary by our provider. Single Services: All services rendered are non-refundable. If any concerns arise with the service or its results, refinements or a follow-up session of equal or lesser value may be offered at the discretion of our provider.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They can only be used for services or products at Thrive Wellness and Aesthetics.
